Rev. Al Collins
When Al Collins was 3 years old she recited her first scripture and sang a song in front of the congregation. Her mother watched, knowing that Al was destined to do something very special in life. Al was born in Washington, DC, baptized in Louisa, Virginia and grew up in Arlington, Virginia. Although brought up in the church, she went in a different direction than the one her mother had envisioned for her, but through it all, she has come back to serve the Lord as a minister of the gospel.
Facing life’s challenges that many would call adversities; Al chooses to call them God’s stepping stones. She says, “For each challenge I have endured, I have a testimony; for each trial, I’ve been given an opportunity to give glory to God.”
Al’s firsthand experience with domestic violence has given her the passion and drive to educate and support others. She has joined forces with The Next Step, a non-profit organization focusing on domestic violence education and support. She is also a member of L.O.V.E. (Leave Out Violence Everyday – Sisters4Sisters, Inc. God also uses Al’s experience as a single parent to have her minister to the women of Mom’s Night Out, an organization based in Washington, DC. Al’s not sure when she was called to the ministry. She says “It’s probably been there since I was a child. I just didn’t know what it was.” Her foundational scripture is James 1:2 -3; Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.
Rev. Mark Collins
Mark Collins was born in Frankfurt, Germany and raised primarily in Prince George’s County. While he occasionally attended church with his grandmother and great-grandmother in Baltimore as a child, he did not have a strong biblical foundation himself.
After a series of personal and professional disappointments, Mark began visiting churches in 2000 because he knew he “had to get his life together”. Eventually, he began attending Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church on a regular basis. Mark was drawn to the dynamic preaching and teaching of Pastors Daniel and Sabrina Mangrum, as well the awesome music and men’s ministries.
On April 22, 2001, Mark accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior and joined C.P.B.B.C. Since then, his life has never been the same. God has delivered Mark from various strongholds and opened many, many doors for him both personally and professionally.

His favorite scripture is Psalm 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of the sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord. And in his law doth he meditate both day and night…
His desire is to see lives changed by the miraculous power of the true and living God.

Since rededicating her life to the Lord, Tia has developed a fervent prayer life and strong desire for God’s Word. Her favorite scripture is Matthew 5:16, which states, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.”

Rev. Marilyn Evans
Rev. Craig Farmer
Craig Farmer was born in Washington, DC, the only child to Robert Farmer and Brenda Farmer-Cross. He received his education from the public schools in DC Metropolitan Area and later attended the University of the District of Columbia and Howard University. Craig has always had a willingness to serve. He joined the military, the DC Army National Guard, serving thirteen years as a Military Police Officer. He was activated for Desert Storm and later for Operation Joint Endeavor. Craig continued his service of his fellow man by joining the Metropolitan Police Department, serving the citizens of DC. He was later sent by the Lord to protect His little ones in the District by serving as a Youth Investigations Division Detective, investigating crimes against children, where he has helped numerous families.
Craig and his wife/friend Michele were wed in 1993 and would later be blessed with two children, Creshel and Craig Jr (CJ). Later on in life the Lord sent them another child. She would be the older daughter they never had. God sent them Tatiyanna, to take care of and they took her in as one of their own.
Craig and his family came to Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church (CPBBC) after looking around at several other churches. They found the Spirit of the Lord to be alive here. They chose this to be their spiritual home where the Lord would continue to raise them as His children, and where they would raise their children also. Craig became a proud Mighty Man of Valor while attending CPBBC under his Pastors. He and Michele also serve as members of the marriage ministry and thank God for directing their path into His Ministry, Marriage Designed by God which continues to help their marriage, along with others.
God called Craig to be a vessel of His Word on November 16, 2006. Craig says he should have known a year prior to that that he would be called. After laughing at someone on TV who was supposed to become a preacher, the Lord spoke to him. God asked him if he found it funny, did he think he could not be Called? Craig replied “no, I guess I could because you have called my father, uncles and relatives.” The Lord said nothing else. Now the Lord uses Craig each day in some type of way.
The Lord has chosen to use Craig to minister His Word to the motorcycle community and others “in the world” as he casts out his net to catch souls for the Lord. Craig wants all to know, never give up and always lean on the Lord for He will bring you through the hardest of times like a diamond, created by the pressure of the world. Are you ready to shine for the world to see? Will you allow God to create a diamond out of you?

Rev. Harold Stephen
Harold Stephen was born in Georgetown, Guyana, a small country of size 83,000 square miles located on the continent of South America. Guyana is the only English speaking country in the predominant Spanish speaking South America. He migrated to the USA in 1987 with his family
He was the fourth child of five children. He is married to the love of his life Denise, and they are blessed with six wonderful children; five handsome boys ,Harold the 2nd,Marlon, Nigel, Kwesi ,Jerrod and a beautiful daughter, Denisha, who he affectionately calls Angel, his angel.
Harold was exposed to the Gospel early in life through Sunday school, but as a youngster, Harold was constantly involved in fights, most of which he emerged the ‘winner’. Having being involved in numerous fights, he was told that this behavior would soon result with him being imprisoned. But God had a different plan for his life just as our Lord promised in Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Unexpectedly, to him but not to the Lord (it was all in the Master’s plan), he was introduced to Jesus and he gave his life to the Lord Jesus at the age of 14 years. Even in his youth, his life after accepting Jesus Christ was a contrast to the life he had before which was one of mischief. But God in His mercies placed a desire in Harold Stephen’s heart to seek after righteousness and ’fight’ for Him instead.
Although Harold was not always faithful to the Lord, He never gave up on him. You see he was bought with a price and all of his sins; all of his wrong doings that he ever committed or will ever commit has been washed in His precious blood. Harold knows that he is not exactly where God wants him to be right now but as Daryl Coley s nicely says it:
He’s preparing Harold for something he cannot handle right now. He’s making him ready just because He cares. (He’s providing Harold with what he’ll need) to carry out the next matter in his life. He is preparing Harold God is preparing Harold (For everything) that comes in his life because He cares for him. He’s maturing him, he’s arranging, rearranging him, he is training him, he is tuning him, he is purging him, he is pruning him because He cares for him, he’s preparing Harold Stephen, like the way He prepared queen Esther for such a time as this.

She accepted the Lord at a very young age. Growing up as a preacher’s kid (PD), she learned for herself who God was and what he can do. Dr. Wright always knew there was a call on her life but she ran from it for years. She thought the service she was doing was enough but God had another plan. In 2016, Dr. Wright recognized it was time to stop running away from God and step into all He predestined for her life. She believes everything she has accomplished in life was due to believing in one of her favorite scriptures: Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
